There's a moment in ARC Raiders when you've got a bag full of parts, the extraction is close, and somebody starts firing from a roof you never checked. That's where a good run turns into a loading screen. Patch 1.36 makes the game less punishing in a few useful ways-better matchmaking, bug fixes, and stronger loot in key areas-but it won't save players who treat every contact as a must-win duel. Hunt for ARC Raiders BluePrints when the route is safe, then leave with them. Greed is still the fastest way to lose a raid.

    Build a Route Before Shooting

The 1.37 store refresh is nice, but your raid habits matter more than a fresh shelf of gear. Use free loadouts early. They let you learn sightlines, enemy routines, and extraction approaches without turning every mistake into an expensive lesson. Containers are also never "just empty" in the bigger picture-open them for XP, even when another Raider has already taken the good stuff. Keep your priorities tight.

Check Turbine zones first when you need blueprints or high-tier components.
Run Night Mode audio and stop sprinting blindly when Hurricane weather rolls in.
Carry medical items before adding another damage toy to your pack.
Use parkour to break line of sight, not just to look flashy on a rooftop.

    Hot Drops Eat Careless Squads

On paper, a crowded landing spot looks efficient. More crates, more enemies, more chances to leave rich. In actual raids, it usually means two teams trade shots while a third waits thirty meters away with full health and a clean angle. Plenty of players burn their best ammo during that first mess, then meet the real threat while reloading. Let the opening fight settle. Listen for the last reload, the revive attempt, or the sudden silence. Then move in, loot fast, and rotate before the next group follows the gunfire. If you do commit, bring a Renegade or an upgraded Ferro for steady damage; keep Vulcano or Bobcat shots for enemies who force close range.

Gear Choices Change With The Map

There isn't one loadout that solves every raid. A reliable Ferro with durability and rate-of-fire upgrades suits mid-game farming because it keeps working through messy encounters. A heavier close-range option makes more sense when your route runs through tight interiors. Barricades deserve a slot either way. Drop one across a chokepoint while healing, block a pursuit during extraction, or make a doorway awkward enough that a chasing squad has to hesitate. That half-second is often the whole raid. Later on, fold Trials Season 5 challenges into your farming runs and spend endgame skill tree points on mobility and survivability with care.

    Leave With Something Every Time

Players keep asking if they should chase every gunfight for better rewards. Don't. First, review each death and name the mistake-missed audio, bad positioning, or staying too long. Second, run safer routes until those errors stop repeating. Third, if you need a missing piece, buy ARC Items can cover the gap while you keep practicing extraction discipline. The cleanest wins usually come from hearing trouble early and refusing the fight nobody asked for.

ARC Raiders feels better when the squad vibe clicks, and U4GM is where players swap real extraction stories, trending loadout tips, and help for those rough first runs; you're gonna like this, it's not just random stuff, so casually explore u4gm with the community and join the next raid feeling ready.
